Aisha graduated in 2018 with a master's degree in Documentary - Audiovisual Arts at RITCS School of Arts with her documentary 'El Camino Frente A Mi'.
In her films she zooms in on social themes, represented through her characters, but an interpretation for multiple voices. She doesn't aim for a beginning or an end, but everything in between.
In addition to film, Aisha built up work experience as a curator and coordinator of the AfricaTube exhibition commissioned by the AfricaMuseum, this opportunity sparked her interest in curatorial practices and scenography. As a culture coordinator - assistant director at the GC Pianofabriek, a social community center, she was able to explore and contribute to the social-artistic field in Brussels.
